Pricing
Three engines. Three levels. Nine prices.
Every figure on this page is a list price. You pay a monthly licence for each engine you switch on, and you pay the integration fee once.
The nine prices
What each engine costs, at each level.
A licence covers one operator.
Floor includes one brand, Pit includes up to three, and
House includes every brand you run.
| Engine | Floor | Pit | House |
|---|---|---|---|
| Affiliates | €1,200 a month | €2,400 a month | €4,500 a month |
| Bonus engine | €1,500 a month | €3,000 a month | €5,500 a month |
| Agent networks | €1,800 a month | €3,500 a month | €6,500 a month |
All three engines at Floor cost €4,500 a month.
You do not have to take all three. Each engine is licensed on its own, and switching a second one on does not change what the first one costs.
The integration fee
€4,500, charged once, on your first engine.
The fee covers building the connection between your platform and PartnerFlix.
Every
engine you switch on after the first one carries no setup fee at all.
| What you add | One time fee | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your first engine | €4,500 | Your team and ours build the one connection. Our side of that work takes under a week. |
| Your second engine | Nothing | It runs on the connection you already built. |
| Your third engine | Nothing | The same connection again. |
| Anything we add later | Nothing | The fee is charged once in the life of the account, not once per engine. |
The three levels
What Floor, Pit and House actually mean.
The engine does the same job at all three levels.
What changes is how many brands it
covers, who configures it, and how much of the settings your own team can reach.
LEVEL ONE
Floor
One brand. We configure the engine with you and change it when you ask, so nobody on your side has to learn it before it earns anything.
LEVEL TWO
Pit
Up to three brands, each with its own settings. Your team configures the engine itself and has a named contact here.
LEVEL THREE
House
Every brand you run, the deepest settings each engine has, and a response time written into the agreement.
The names are the casino floor, not a software catalogue.
Each engine page carries its own version of this table, because what House unlocks on the agent network is not what House unlocks on the bonus engine. Read the affiliate engine, the bonus engine or the agent network for the detail.
Another way to pay
The affiliate engine can be bought on a share instead.
Instead of the monthly licence, the affiliate engine can be sold at
3% of the affiliate commission we process.
We offer that choice on this one engine because the commission
we process is a figure both sides can already see.
The bonus engine and the agent network are sold on the licence only. PartnerFlix never holds a player balance, so it cannot meter your revenue and will not price on a share of it.
Where these numbers sit
Every price here is a fraction of your platform fee.
Platform vendors that publish their pricing put a full casino platform at between €15,000 and €28,000 a month. PartnerFlix replaces none of that. It adds one money engine to the platform you already pay for, so every figure above is deliberately a small part of a bill you already have.
You are buying an engine, not a platform.
Questions
What buyers ask about the price.
Is the licence per brand or per operator
Per operator. Floor includes one brand, Pit includes up to three, and House includes every brand you run.
If you run four brands and only want the engine on one of them, Floor is the right level and the price does not change.
What does the integration fee actually buy
It buys the connection: one link carrying player events in and signed signals out. Our side of that work takes under one week.
It is charged once on your first engine and never again, whatever you switch on afterwards.
Where did you get these numbers
We set them against the published prices of the specialists we compete with. The clearest published figure in the affiliate group is €2,500 a month with no setup fee, so our affiliate Floor sits below it and our affiliate House sits above it.
Nobody publishes a price for an agent network. We looked at every vendor that sells one and not a single one discloses a figure, so the agent network prices are ours alone and are set against our other two engines rather than against a market.
One number we found did not survive being checked. Two sources put €1,600 a month against two different vendors, and the vendor we could check directly publishes three much lower tiers instead. We dropped that figure rather than repeat it.
Do you discount for taking more than one engine
The discount is the integration fee you do not pay twice. Each engine keeps its own licence, and the second and third engines cost nothing to set up.
Can we start at Floor and move up later
Yes. Moving between levels is a change to the agreement, not a change to the connection, so there is nothing to rebuild.
Are these the prices we will actually be quoted
These are our list prices and we publish them so you can plan against them. A quote for a very large operation is a conversation, and we will tell you plainly if your case sits outside the list.
Price it against what you run today.
Thirty minutes. Tell us how many brands you run and which engine you need first, and we will put a real number on it before the call ends.
