Terms

These terms cover this website. A separate signed agreement covers the engines themselves.

Last written 26 July 2026  ·  PT

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website at https://pt.example. Using the site means you accept them.

Access to the engines runs on a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Where the two documents differ, the signed agreement wins for everything about the engines.

2. Who we are

PT publishes this site and supplies the engines described on it. The product name and the registered company details stand as placeholders until launch and will be completed before this site goes live.

3. What this site is

This site describes a product. It carries information for people evaluating that product, and it forms an invitation to talk rather than an offer capable of acceptance.

Nothing here creates a contract. A commercial relationship starts when both sides sign an agreement.

4. Accuracy of what you read here

We describe the engines as they stand. Each engine carries an honest label: shipping now means it runs, and arriving means the work is planned and underway.

Software moves. A page here can fall behind the product between updates. Where a specific capability matters to a decision you are about to make, ask us to confirm it in writing and we will.

Figures used in examples on this site illustrate how the engines behave. Your own numbers replace them in a demonstration.

5. Using the site properly

You agree to leave the site and its visitors alone in the following ways.

  • No attempt to gain access to systems or data you have no right to reach.
  • No automated collection at a rate that degrades the service for others.
  • No interference with the operation, security or availability of the site.
  • No use of the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
  • No use of the site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or in ours.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, graphics and the PT name and mark on this site belong to PT or to those who licensed them to us. All rights stay reserved.

You may read these pages, print them and quote short passages with attribution for the purpose of evaluating the product. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

7. Links out

A link on this site to somewhere else exists for convenience. We control neither the content nor the practices of another site, and a link carries no endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this site up and correct. We publish it as it stands, with no warranty about uninterrupted availability or freedom from every error.

We may change, move or withdraw any part of this site at any time, and we may do it without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this website is excluded.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law forbids us from limiting.

Liability for the engines themselves sits inside the signed agreement, where it belongs.

10. Privacy

The privacy page explains how information is handled, and the cookie page explains the single item this site keeps in your browser.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version was written, and the version you read at the time of a visit governs that visit.

12. Governing law

The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction will be stated here before launch, and they will match the registered seat of the publishing entity.

13. Reaching us

Email hello@pt.example with any question about these terms.

14. Review status

This page is written to be read and understood, and it awaits review by a qualified adviser in each market where the engines are sold. Treat it as a working draft until that review lands.
