The job
Four things the engine does.
Load chips onto an account
An agent puts chips onto a player account. The engine records who loaded what, onto which account and under which agent, then signals your platform to move the balance.
Hold the hierarchy
An agent sits under an agent. The engine knows who reports to whom, so a player brought in at the bottom is visible to everyone above them and to nobody else.
Charge the commission per account
Commission is charged on the account, at the rate that account carries. Two accounts under one agent can sit at two different rates.
Attribute a new player by QR
Every agent owns a referral code, and the code becomes a QR. A player who registers through that QR is attributed to that agent by the engine.
The rate
The account carries the rate, not the agent.
This is the part most agent systems get wrong.
An average across a network hides the
accounts that are costing you money.
| What is counted | Where the rate comes from | Why it is done this way |
|---|---|---|
| One player account | The rate written on that account. | An account you agreed at a different rate keeps that rate, whoever it sits under. |
| One agent | The sum of the accounts underneath them. | The figure is built from the accounts rather than from a rate applied to a total. |
| A whole branch | The sum of every agent below that point. | A head agent reads their own branch and sees the same arithmetic you do. |
The referral QR
A code an agent can show on a phone.
An agent recruits in a room, not in a browser.
The QR carries the agent code into your
registration, so nobody writes down who brought whom.
THE CODE
One per agent
Each agent owns a code, and the QR is that code in a form a phone reads.
THE SCAN
A player registers
The code travels with the registration your platform sends us.
THE RESULT
The player is attributed
That account joins the agent who owns the code, and the commission follows the hierarchy above them.
The boundary
Your platform still holds the money.
The engine decides what a chip load means and what it costs.
Your platform is the only
thing that moves a balance, here as everywhere else on this site.
ENGINE SIDE
The network and the counting
The hierarchy, the rates, the attribution and the record.
THE SEAM
One signed call
A message your platform can check before it acts on it.
YOUR SIDE
The player balance
The chips land because your platform put them there.
The three levels
Floor, Pit and House.
Every engine is sold at three levels, and this is what changes between them.
The engine
does the same job at all three.
LEVEL ONE · €1,800 a month
Floor
One brand and one level of agents. We configure the network with you, so nobody on your side has to learn it first.
LEVEL TWO · €3,500 a month
Pit
Up to three brands, and sub agents underneath your agents. Your team sets the rates itself.
LEVEL THREE · €6,500 a month
House
Every brand you run, a network as deep as your business goes, and a rate you can set on a single account.
| What changes | Floor | Pit | House |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly licence | €1,800 | €3,500 | €6,500 |
| Brands | One. | Up to three, each with its own network. | Every brand you run. |
| The network | One level of agents, all reporting to you. | Agents and the sub agents underneath them. | As deep as your business runs, with no fixed limit. |
| The commission rate | One rate, inherited by every account. | A rate for each agent, inherited by the accounts under them. | A rate on a single account, overriding what it inherits. |
| Setup and support | We configure it with you, and you write to us when it changes. | Your team configures it, and you have a named contact here. | Your team configures it, and the agreement carries a response time. |
The one time integration fee is charged on your first engine and never again. The pricing page carries all three engines side by side.
See an agent load chips.
Thirty minutes. We scan a referral QR, attach the player to an agent, load chips onto the account and show you what PartnerFlix charged for it.
